All our machines are equipped with remote assistance connectivity: in most cases the issue can be resolved remotely; otherwise, we will agree together on an on-site intervention.

In any case, you will receive a pricing list and, if necessary, a quotation.

Scheduled maintenance

Just as our machines are tailor-made, so too our support contracts are customized to the needs of each machine and each client.

Routine and preventive maintenance activities can be scheduled monthly, half-yearly or annually.

Any support activity not included in the contract supply will be quoted before its execution.
